Help Me Grow provides a single point of entry to Early Intervention services for Carver County families with children from birth to three years. For more information call 952-368-0160.

Help Me Grow provides assistance to parents in accessing and planning for services such as:

  • Screening and Developmental Evaluation
  • Early Intervention Services
  • Speech and Language therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Early Childhood Special Education
  • Family Education
  • Respite Care
  • Social Services
  • Nursing Services
  • Behavior Services
Help Me Grow focuses on child and family strengths, concerns and priorities. Our goal is to help families access and acquire the knowledge, skills and services which will meet the unique needs of their child.

Help Me Grow works with families in the following Carver County School Districts:
#108- Norwood Young America
(serving the communities of Norwood Young America, Hamburg and Cologne)

#110- Waconia
(serving the communities of Waconia, New Germany and St. Bonifacius)

#111- Watertown
(serving the communities of Watertown and Mayer)

#112- Chaska Area
(serving the communities of Chaska, Chanhassen, Carver, East Union and Victoria)
