Bridge for Benefits
This website is from the MN Children's Defense Fund and helps families learn about programs such as Medical Assistance, MN Care, Child Care Assistance, Energy Assistance, Food Support and Tax Credits. There are applications to each several programs and a screening tool to help determine eligibility.

Carver County Public Health's Family Health Department provides outreach, education, and referral services to families, schools and healthcare providers on issues related to maternal and child health, children's growth and development, special health needs, and environmental health issues. The department helps families access free and low-cost health services and staffs the Public Health Information and Resources phone line.
